| John has been employed by Carrier since 1981. He has worked in the compressor group, in residential and commercial engineering, and research. John joined Carrier Transicold in 2004 as a senior training instructor. In this capacity, he traveled extensively and specialized in training on Container and Transport products. In April 2008, John was named the manager of Technical Publications and Customer Training. He is also a key member of the department’s ACE team as well as the PLUS CD project team. John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Justice from SUNY Oswego. He is pursuing a Master’s degree in vocational education and has earned New York State certification to teach in that field. In his spare time, John enjoys woodworking, classic car and motorcycle restoration, boating, and spending time with family. |
| Anne brings 15 years of online training and development experience to Transicold. She is responsible for developing and managing the new RegOnline Internet-based student registration program, web-based learning tools, interfacing with Carrier University and enhancing existing instructor-led programs, with a focus on the continuous improvement of our processes and synergies between the groups and with our internal customers. Anne earned a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from Bridgewater State College, MA and obtained Massachusetts certification to teach in that field. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Planning and Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA. In her spare time Anne enjoys traveling, drawing, martial arts, and spending time with her family. |
Ken Sweeten | Ken began his career with Carrier in 1979 working for a Carrier Transicold dealer in Salt Lake City, Utah. He joined the Carrier Transicold Training group in 1991 and has provided training worldwide for Bus, Truck/Trailer, and Container products. Ken has specialized in the Truck/Trailer product line and has been instrumental in the development of the Truck/Trailer Master Tech modules and the Vector programs. In his spare time, Ken enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. |
Anthony Filicicchia | Anthony began his career at Carrier in January 2008 as a senior technical instructor providing worldwide training for Carrier’s global Container customers. Since mid-2009, Anthony provides nationwide training for the Truck/Trailer business. Prior to joining Carrier, Anthony spent ten years as a technical team leader and instructor at a national post-secondary technical school specializing in the diesel, transportation refrigeration, and mobile air conditioning fields. He holds a Class A commercial driver’s license, numerous certifications from ASE in automotive and school bus maintenance as well as a master technician certification in medium/heavy truck from ASE. In his spare time, Anthony enjoys home improvement and garage projects, gardening, and music. |
Michael Broaddus | Mike joined Carrier Transicold in 2010 as a technical instructor from our dealership, Carrier Transicold Southern California, where he most recently served as shop foreman, responsible for day-to-day operations including training technicians, and supervising repair of truck/trailer refrigeration and bus air-conditioning systems. Mike is a certified Carrier Master Technician and holds multiple medium/heavy truck ASE certifications.
